Harpist Bill Butner
The harp wasn’t Bill Butner’s first instrument, but it’s the one that has obsessed him since
the 1960s. It is also the one that gained him an audience at the White House in 1994 and
appearances on the Oprah and Today shows. Bill has performed with the Germantown
