It only seems that Billybob and Buckwheat own Sienna River Gallery Gift and Garden. The fact that the two famous shop cats have been on television seems to elevate them from mere local legends to shopkeepers, but it is, in fact, the efforts of owner Patti Beghin that make this place so well known. In addition to it reputation for offering beautiful handcrafted furniture and beautiful pastoral artwork, Sienna River Gallery Gift and Garden is known for helping to design and outfit rustic interiors. After receiving her degree in art, Patti rented space in a gallery for a time. Much to the delight of the artloving public, Beghin finally opened her own gallery, choosing a striking 1888 building that has been completely renovated for the purpose. The original brick walls and gorgeous wood floors add a unique ambiance for customers as they browse through examples of equestrian art, wildlife sculptures, and the works of 30 to 40 local artists. An additional offering that sets Sienna River Gallery Gift and Garden apart from other galleries is the locally raised buffalo meat that Patti makes available at the store.
